Hayley competing on Zidaane and Furst Kiss

HAYLEY COLWELL delivered a sizzling set of results riding for Astrid Bolton as the temperatures rose at Port Royal EC. E Yorks (5 July). In the novice 20 she prevailed with 74.4% on Furst Kiss, a five year old stallion by FurstPiccolo, and took second place with the Jazz seven year old Zidaane with 72%. But Zidaane turned the tables in the novice qualifier, winning on 78.5% with his stable mate trailing by less than 1%. "We brought them over to get some outdoors match practice at a venue with flags and atmosphere" said Lancashire based Hayley. "They've both qualified for the regionals and Furst Kiss has made the final of all the five year old classes. They both did fantastically"
